Last weekend, I appeared at Belton, Missouri’s annual Spring Craft Show at the High Blue Wellness Center. Not exactly the kind of place one would expect to go searching for books, but there was a last-minute opening, so I decided to take the chance.

TFF 2026: Third Time’s the Charm?
A couple weekends ago, I was once again a vendor for two days in the Artist Alley of Texas Furry Fiesta. Like last year, I was once again selected for Friday and Sunday dealing, but the results, as so often in this business, were quite different…
Plans for April
March was another full month of dealing with various appointments and obligations. So full, in fact, that my trip to Dallas for attending TFF 2026 seemed to come up on me rather suddenly! But more about that in another post. April will be a fairly quiet month by comparison. With but a single-day appearance atContinue reading “Plans for April”
Ten Ways to Enhance Productivity
We’d all like to be more productive if given the chance. Sometimes we don’t get much time to spend doing the thing we love most, so we’ve got to really make what time we do have count. Here, I’m going to present a few ways to make those spare minutes count even more. These areContinue reading “Ten Ways to Enhance Productivity”
Plans for March
February has been extremely productive in a lot of ways, though disappointing in a couple more. As the shortest month, it always feels a little compact, but this month was filled with good things for me. AnthroExpo 2026: The Comeback
Last weekend (Feb. 5-8), I attended my first event of the new year: AnthroExpo 2026 in Norman, OK. I once again vended in the Artist Alley portion of the convention, but the results were very different…
Plans for February

Unfortunately, there was no translation or production of new material, but on the positiveContinue reading “Plans for February”
2025: A Year in Review
Greetings, and welcome to my final post of 2025! In this I will again be taking a look at my vending experiences throughout the year (I made no less than 12 this time!), but also just a general look at how things have come along and where they might be headed.
Plans for December
November seemed unusually long this year. Beginning with the rather lackluster Leavenworth Holiday Market and ending with a whimper, there just wasn’t much to talk about save a bunch of editing in the middle. Progress was made, if not as much as I’d like. December, as always, will be a month of wrapping things upContinue reading “Plans for December”
Indoor Holiday Market 2.0
Last November, I attended the Indoor Holiday Market in Leavenworth, KS. It went fairly well, so I saw fit to return. The results this time were slightly different.
