Plans for August

July was a very long, crowded month. But despite seemingly constant activity, it didn’t see much visible progress. Work on the Knights of Aralia project stalled due to having to split my attention too many ways, and nor did I finish typing up another manuscript. I expect August to be just as busy if notContinue reading “Plans for August”

Plans for July

June turned out to be a very productive month in spite of many factors. Progress on the Knights series was excellent, with incremental accomplishments elsewhere. Still no further translation work, sadly. July will continue to build on the foundations set up in June. However, with many extraneous tasks out of the way, productivity should beContinue reading “Plans for July”

Plans for May

April was an extremely busy month. Between my last-minute acceptance as a vendor at a local craft show (less than two weeks after returning from Dallas) to fantastic progress on several projects, I would say it was overall a great success. And perhaps the biggest achievement of all? Yes, I finally did it: after 5Continue reading “Plans for May”

Plans for March

February has been extremely productive in a lot of ways, though disappointing in a couple more. As the shortest month, it always feels a little compact, but this month was filled with good things for me. Brsides my positive vending experience at AnthroExpo 2026, I made some good editorial process and even worked on myContinue reading “Plans for March”

Plans for January

It’s been quite a bumpy ride, but 2026 is finally here, and I’ve got big plans as always. The only difference is that this year, I should actually have the time to pursue them! I will get started right away here in January with several projects. There is the never-ending Knights of Aralia series toContinue reading “Plans for January”

Plans for December

November seemed unusually long this year. Beginning with the rather lackluster Leavenworth Holiday Market and ending with a whimper, there just wasn’t much to talk about save a bunch of editing in the middle. Progress was made, if not as much as I’d like. December, as always, will be a month of wrapping things upContinue reading “Plans for December”

Texas Again: Bookselling at ACFI

This past weekend, I was once again selling from behind the Bluedrake Books table, this time at Alamo City Furry Invasion in San Marcos, TX. This experience was quite different from the weekend before at Gateway FurMeet, and indeed from many other experiences as a vendor.

Plans for October

September has been a very hectic month. Starting with my expedition to Tulsa at the beginning of the month and ending with my preparations to head to Saint Louis to try my hand at the Gateway FurMeet Artist Alley this weekend, it has certainly been eventful. Unfortunately, my writing goals were not met…as usual. ThisContinue reading “Plans for October”

Plans for September

Once more a little late, but not without reason. August was a month of constant action, peaking for about 10 days in the middle with Texas Furry Siesta and a couple personal appointments. Not to mention the release of my latest Knights of Aralia book in the middle of that convention! September should be equallyContinue reading “Plans for September”

Back to the Big D: TFS 2025

Hello, everyone! It’s been a little while since I made a normal post, for which I apologize. But things are finally settling down after the last couple months of upheaval, so I hope to get back to regular posting again here soon. Beginning with a run-down on last weekend’s experience at Texas Furry Siesta!
